Introducing the High Performance Employees Corporate Ombudsman
We are proud to introduce our new website feature - The Corporate Ombudsman! The Corporate Ombudsman is a free service devised to help higher level management find out exactly what is happening in their organization without the inherent filtering which naturally happens when lower level management pass on comments and results from staff. Just about every CEO/company realizes the importance of honest feedback but very few are actually receiving it. That means that the person in charge is running the company staff on information which is not necessarily "correct." With the Corporate Ombudsman any CEO/Manager can receive anonymous (or the writer can include their name if they wish), unfiltered emails DIRECTLY from any staff member, thus giving them a formerly unseen view of the company at grass roots level. The service can be used to pass on anything which the staff member thinks the CEO/Manager should hear about. Not only does this give the CEO/Management of the company some extremely valuable and formerly unheard information but it also gives the staff a way to express their feelings and ideas directly to the top management. Learn more about the Ombudsman feature here or register your company for this free service now, by clicking here.

Press Release: High Performance Employees: Attracting Companies to the Fast Track to Success
Jeff Campbell, director of High Performance Employees, knows what it takes to achieve success in business, be it a large corporation or a fledging enterprise: it is the people who make up that business – plain and simple. But he also knows it’s not just any people who drive success; it is the people who are recognized for their individual contributions to the group, who are encouraged to apply their strengths to the big picture.

An organization may be using state of the art information technology, and yet managing its people on outdated principles of psychology; stifling energy and creativity, and in effect, wasting the people resource.

High Performance Employees
is pleased to offer in-house workshops that utilize innovative organizational psychology and leadership theory to maximize the personal and interpersonal potential of people.

Research indicates that the typical manager loses 25% of the working day to unwarranted conflict – the programs developed and endorsed by Jeff Campbell will lead the way through the waste into success.

Among the most popular workshops are: “How to be Constantly Motivated," "Goal Setting,” “Achieve Instant Rapport with Anybody,” and “Winning Relationships in the Workplace.”

After participating in our workshops delegates can expect to:
Get fresh insights into work and domestic relationships, be challenged in their thinking, take away ideas they can use immediately, be energized and motivated to change, feel more valued and accepted, laugh, be involved, and enjoy themselves, take ownership of issues, and be receptive to feedback.

The Organization can expect:
More insightful management of relationships, greater openness, trust and collaboration, improved morale, less stress and conflict, more team cohesion, a feel good factor, improved staff retention, better efficiency, and greater profits.

The people resource is one that no organization can afford to overlook. The bottom line is success - High Performance Employees invites your business to the fast track.

About High Performance Employees–

High Performance Employees is the North American-based portal to achieving success; offering real-life, viable resources that any business can utilize to generate success. The High Performance Employees workshops, while multi-leveled and comprehensive, operate from the idea that it is human differences that create uniqueness – and that uniqueness is an asset to be cultivated, rather than cancelled out.

Winning Relationships in the Workplace” the cornerstone of the series, is newly available to North America through High Performance Employees but has been utilized for over ten years by corporations in the United Kingdom, Europe, South Africa and the Middle East including Siemens PLC, PepsiCo, Sony, Glaxo Smith Kline, Exxon Mobil, World Wildlife Fund and Barclays Bank.

About Jeff Campbell -

Jeff Campbell served for four and a half years, from 1997, as a police officer in what was once one of the world’s most dangerous places: Northern Ireland.  Mr. Campbell immigrated to Vancouver, Canada in 2001 and joined the Vancouver Police Department a year later; focusing his beat on the tough Downtown Eastside.

With decades of  up-close-and-personal social-studies in his career as a police officer Jeff began contemplating the reasons behind an individual’s success or failure in life – wondering why some people seemed to ‘make it’ while others floundered. These questions led him to become an avid scholar of the science of success; trying to discern a design behind achievement. During those studies, Jeff encountered the “Winning Relationships in the Workplace” program and it became his vision to introduce this and several other personally-developed training workshops to North America.

This vision translated into the creation of High Performance Employees – Helping You to Grow Your People.
